The film bad moms is a complete family drama which features the story of three overburdened and unrecognized mothers who are playing their role as a mother, house wife and a bread earner in a very efficient manner.
After the grand success of the Hangover series, the Jon Lucas and Scott Moore have come up with another piece of inspiring comedy drama in the form of ‘Bad Moms’. The movie has received stupendous response since its release and against a moderate budget of $20 million the film has earned $100 million in North America till now. This is the first R rated movie by STX Entertainment this year which has received such a huge acclaim.
The movie revolves around three moms Amy Mitchell (Mila Kunis), Carla (Kathryn Hahn) and Kiki (Kristen Bell). Amy has two children, Jane and Dylan. Carla is a nubile single mom and Kiki is an over burdened mom of four. Amy is a dedicated mom and is handling her family and children with all her efforts but one day she caught her husband Mike (David Walton) in an infidel relationship with a dairy farmer. On the very day she decides to live separate and throws him out of the house.
Besides studies Jane is also a member of PTA and plays soccer. PTA is run by dominating arrogant bullying group of ladies Gwendolyn (Christina Applegate), Stacy (Jada Pinkett Smith) and Vicky (Annie Mumolo). One day Amy quits PTA before public due to discomfort with Gwendolyn, and from this point of time a bizarre tussle started between the duos.
One day Amy meets Kiki and Carla in a bar. The trio discusses about their life styles and husband’s oppressing attitudes and gradually they form a team together. One day after a thorough charge by her new friends, Ammy decides to take her children Jane for a spa and Dylan for an outing. This was a chance for Gwendolyn and she fired Jane from the soccer team.
This incidence irritated Amy and she decides to fight an upcoming election against Gwendolyn. Gwendolyn threw a huge lavish party to garner votes. This breached the morale of Amy but her friends Carla and Kiki boosted her falling hopes and charged her with passion.
Amy stands up and goes for a frivolous speech touching the issue of overburdened moms working home, family and earning. She received huge applaud from the audience and ultimately won the elections with huge margins. At last Amy gets his job and reputation back and finds a new friend Jessie Harkness (Jay Hernandez), who is widower. The film ends up with positive and optimistic end.Bad Moms,
